GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE

When you make a purchase on this website, we consider that you accept the general terms and conditions of sale of homade.ca.

Homade reserves the right to modify its General Terms and Conditions of Sale without notice. The applicable General Terms and Conditions shall be those in force at the time of ordering on the website. Current prices may be subject to change without notice.

ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS

All the products we offer you on this website belong to the Homade brand. The role of the website is to promote and describe the articles as accurately as possible with texts and images.

ARTICLE 3 – INVENTORY

When a product is no longer available, it is put “out of stock”. However, if you order a product that is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible (e-mail, phone) to offer you 3 options:

– Wait for replenishment
– Request a voucher for an equivalent amount
– Request a refund

ARTICLE 4 – RATES

The prices listed on homade.ca are in CAD (Canadian dollars) and HT (excluding taxes). Shipping costs are not included in the price. For orders in Canada, the calculation of taxes is based on your place of residence at the time of payment.

For orders outside CANADA, no taxes are applicable.
Promotional offers (discount code, discounts) are not cumulative.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENTS

Payment for your purchases must be made in full at the time of ordering. The products will then be shipped to the buyer.

Homade does not record any data concerning credit card payments. Confidential data (card number, expiry date and cryptogram) are transmitted encrypted and do not pass through the Homade server. We therefore do not have access to this confidential information. Each Payment is secured by PayPal.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

The products are shipped to the delivery address (and not to the billing address).

If the customer notices problems upon receipt of the order (broken or missing products), he must notify the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 2 days of receipt of the package.

For deliveries, the carrier’s tracking number will be used as proof. If the latter indicates that the package has been delivered, no claim or compensation may be claimed.

In case of problems, the carrier must open an investigation at the customer’s request. Homade will wait until the end of the latter to give a final answer to the customer (refund or reshipment).

If the delivery could not be made (incomplete or incorrect address), or if the package is returned to us for refusal or non-claim of the customer, the delivery costs will remain the responsibility of the buyer. The order will therefore be refunded without the shipping costs.

ARTICLE 7 – REVOCATION

The customer has a withdrawal period of seven (7) days after receipt of his order. The return costs are at the customer’s expense and cannot be refunded by Homade. Returns will only be inspected and accepted if they are new, in their original packaging and have never been used.

All items that are broken, worn, incomplete or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

If the buyer decides to use his right of retraction, Homade undertakes to refund the items ordered within thirty (30) days of receipt of the latter in its offices. The refund will be made by the same method as the payment.

The purchase invoice must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the refund.

ARTICLE 8 – GUARANTEE

Homade undertakes to refund or exchange any item received that does not comply with the customer’s order. To do this, the customer must return the item in its original packaging. We will proceed with the refund or exchange after having analyzed the returned product (return costs at the customer’s expense).

For all warranty claims, the purchase invoice must be attached, otherwise no exchange or refund can be made.
